Deer Friends,
Wine is all about friends and having a good time. I invite you to join me in experiencing wine making techniques and making some wine together. June 14th, Saturday we will make wine from fresh Chilean juice. Space is limited so please R.S.V.P.
Where do we make wine?
We will make and age wine for about 12 months in my basement.
What do we do when we get to your place?
We will do a lot of wine tasting. At this point I am aging Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Blush Wine and many Desert Wines. We will taste what ever is ready (and maybe some that are not quite ready…Why not?). Then we will rack already fermented wine into the 59 Gallon French Oak Barrel.
We will also bottle ready wine, cork it, label it, pt shrink capsule and get it ready for the show...
For 2008 we are planning to make wine from the following juice varieties from Chile in 6 gallon oak barrels. When you sign up please let me know which wine you would like to make.
