Braco and Herbert Make Fine Wine with Fine Friends

I have been thinking for years to make my own wine cellar.  However, I know it costs a lot and it is a big project.  After discussing this with my next door neighbor and very good friend Herbert Diaz I realized that he not only knows how to do that, but he has constructed number of wine cellars.  I went to see one myself and was so impressed that my next move was -  "I want this in my basement"
